The Teamsters are offering a service.  However, if they don’t live up to your expectations your only recourse is to make a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board called an unfair labor practice (ULP).  You would have to make a federal case out of it.  In fact, many Teamster members have.  Since 2020, Teamster members have filed 1,922 unfair labor practices against the union alleging poor performance of their duties.
