Remember…If you signed a union authorization card, you can still vote “NO” in the election.  You’ve learned a lot in the last half year, make sure you use that knowledge for this important decision.  Your choice on this issue is not formally made until you cast your vote.  We encourage you to think about how the company has shown that it listens to all of our people across the country and say “no” to an outside union serving as your paid “exclusive bargaining agent.” 

Remember, the vote is conducted by secret ballot so nobody will ever know how you voted.
