The upcoming union election only involves United Road drivers in Baltimore. This does not affect any other United Road driver at any other terminal. The only employees the Union has requested to represent are those whose home terminal is Baltimore. If a union election takes place, the only United Road employees who will be voting in that election are Baltimore employees. And if the Union happens to win the election, they will only represent the Baltimore workforce, as the rest of United Road drivers across the country will continue to be union-free.
